Driving out of the black hills brought me to more plains but they all had a bit more of a “cowboy” type character. Rolling along lined with barb wire, covered with sage brush. It brought me back to my childhood when western movies were still very popular. I went a few hundred miles and it probally took me at least two hours longer than it would normally, because I kept stopping to take pictures and let some of scenery soak in. I was blown away by some of most of the scenery and every turn seemed to bring something more dramatic. Beautiful!
